At Powertec, we stand behind the durability and performance of our strength equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully disassemble and secure the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included.
Apply Shipping Labels
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the crate or box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
