Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight of our professional-grade equipment, freight shipping typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we partner with certified technicians nationwide. You can select the 'Professional Assembly' option at checkout, and a local representative will contact you to schedule a setup time once your equipment arrives.
What is the warranty policy on Powertec strength machines?
We stand by our quality with a lifetime warranty on frames, a 3-year warranty on component parts (such as pulleys and cables), and a 1-year warranty on upholstery and grips.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy freight items are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the weight plates included with the lever machines?
Unless specified as a 'Bundle' or 'Package,' our machines are sold without weight plates to allow customers to use their existing Olympic plates or choose their own set.
